Shipping and delivery of your order

For private customers:

On average, the following timeframes are observed for private customers:

• Order preparation: 1 day
• Delivery in Switzerland: 1 to 2 working days
• Delivery in Europe: 2 to 10 working days, depending on local postal services. 5 days on average

Any customs clearance costs are included and fully covered by Predige.

Delivery charges vary according to destination country, package weight and delivery method (with or without signature). You can track the progress of your parcels using the "order tracking" link.

If delivery is not made within 30 days, you can request cancellation of your order and reimbursement at info@predige.com.

We recommend that you combine all your items into a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, as shipping charges may apply to each of them.

For professionals:

Subject to stock availability, Ex-Works orders are ready for dispatch within 2 working days. The delivery time then depends on the chosen carrier.
